Bahan-bahan :

1. Roti tawar

2. Keju Lembar

3. Mentega

4. Saos atau Mayonaise (sebagai tambahan)

Cara membuat :

1. Ratakan roti tawar dengan penggiling manual

2. Letakkan keju diatas roti

3. Gulung rotinya!

4. Panaskan mentega di wajan

5. Masak rotinya sampai kecoklatan! 

6. Sajikan dengan Saos atau Mayonaise

Minuman!

Spice Drinks  

BAHAN-BAHAN :

• 1000 ml air
• 200 gram gula merah , sisir halus
• 100 gram jahe bakar, memarkan
• 5 butir cengkeh kering
• 2 lembar daun pandan
• 5 cm kayu manis
• ½ sdt garam
• Susu, sebagai pelengkap

CARA MEMBUAT :

1. Rebus air, daun pandan, gula merah, jahe, cengkeh, garam, dan kayumanis hingga mendidih dan tercium aroma yang cukup sedap. Saring.
2. Tambahkan susu. Sajikan

Masakan!

Bahan-bahan :

1. 1/2 sendok teh Gula pasir
2. Satu (1 buah) tomat ijo
3. Dua ratus lima puluh gram (250 gr) cabe ijo
4. Satu (1 siung) bawang putih
5. Garam secukupnya
6. Tiga sendok makan (3 sdt) minyak goreng untuk menggoreng (anda bisa menggantinya dengan margarin)
7. Setengah sendok teh (0,5 sdt) air jeruk nipis
8. Dua (2 siung) bawang merah.

 Cara membuat :

1. cabe ijo potong kasar
2. kukus bawang merah, cabe ijo yang sudah dipotong, tomat, dan bawang putih kurang lebih 5 menit.
3. Jika sudah layu, ambil lalu tumbuk secara kasar. Saat menumbuk, usahakan semua bahan tercampur.
4. Jika sudah ditumbuk kasar dan semuanya tercampur rata, tumis sampai layu dan tercium bau yang harum.
5. Masukkan juga gula, air jeruk, dan garam aduk rata pada tumisan. Masak terus sampai benar-benar matang.
6. Angkat sambal dan sajikan bersama lauk yang lain.
